Terms and Conditions, Deposits and cancellations:
After your reservation Quinta Bogesi will send you a confirmation with payment details by e-mail.
- Your reservation will become definitive after paying 1/3 of the total sum
- The deposit must be on the account of Quinta Bogesi within 2 weeks after reservation:

- One month before arrival, the entire sum must be transferred to the account number above
- Reclaiming a deposit is not possible
- An extra bed in a room costs an extra € 19,50 per night including breakfast (of the age of 18 years)
Should you have paid the entire sum and you are forced to cancel?
Quinta Bogesi will refund the following percentages:
- 1 month before arrival you will receive 70% of the paid sum
- 14 days before arrival you will receive 50% of the paid sum
- 7 days before arrival you will receive 25% of the paid sum
- If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, we will refund 0%
Further conditions:
- Minimum stay of 2 nights
- Quinta Bogesi’s rooms are non-smoking, smoking is allowed outside the buildings
- Quinta Bogesi has a baby cot on request
- Children up to and including 3 years free of charge
- Children from 4 until 18 years pay € 1,- per year of life
- Pets are not allowed
- Check In is from 13.30 and you are required to check out before 11.00
- Quinta Bogesi is not responsible for stolen items, damage, loss or accidents
- Use of the room, the swimming pool or the garden is on own responsibility of the guest
- Damaging or destroying will be charged
